EXPERIENCE

My experience includes representing both buyers and sellers in New York and Washington for over 20 years in a variety of property types; single-family homes, condos, planned communities, new construction, town homes and co-operatives. I specialize in new constructions. as well as renovations. 

STAGING

Staging is the most effective way to enhance a property so that it can sell for the highest possible price. As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) I am an expert in this field an can facilitate the design and execution of your staging project.

AWARDS and DESIGNATIONS

In addition to my ASP designation I am also an Accredited Buyer Representative. This is especially helpful to first-time buyers who need to be confident that their broker is representing them exclusively and will assist them in purchasing a home throughout the entire process. As a result of my work with buyers, I have received several sales awards from my real estate association. I am also a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and work with builders as a site agent.
